To simplify my team's workflow and take advantage of rapidly emerging AI tools, I built a PowerAutomated agent that streamlines communication between the team administrator and clients - replacing a manual form with an intelligent first point of contact for the Learning Design team at Customs.

Copilot Chat 101

Tasked with creating the first AI learning resource across New Zealand Customs Service, I designed a 20-minute Rise 360 module introducing Copilot Chat to all staff - covering practical use, responsible behaviour, and privacy guidance. The module was later adopted by six other government agencies, as it turned out to be the first learning resource of its kind in New Zealand public sector.

NZ Customs: Learning Resources

As part of my role, I regularly create resources that make specific processes easier to explain and easier to repeat. This collection includes a learning and development process map, a qualitative research guide, and a survey writing guide - all designed to build capability across the team and with stakeholders.
